What does the warranty cover and how long?

Every Alpha Sierra timepiece is crafted with precision and care, meeting our rigorous quality standards.
Your watch is protected by an International Warranty for twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase, covering any defects in materials or manufacturing.

During this period, Alpha Sierra will repair or replace any defective watch or part free of charge, excluding shipping costs.
After the warranty period expires, repairs and servicing may be carried out for a fee.

What is not covered under the warranty

The warranty does not cover:
(a) Damage or defects caused by loss, theft, accidents, fire, flood, or other external factors beyond our control;
(b) Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or impact (including knocks, dents, or crushing to the case, crystal, or strap);
(c) Alterations, tampering, dismantling, or unauthorized repairs carried out by anyone other than an Alpha Sierra authorized service center;
(d) Normal wear and tear such as scratches or aging of materials;
(e) Watches with a removed, altered, or illegible serial number or any modification to the original components;
(f) Timekeeping variations within normal industry tolerance;
(g) Routine maintenance, cleaning, or battery replacement.
